Found hair in the bath tub, coffee maker broke and stained my clothes. After four attempts of getting a hold of a manager not much was done. Gave us a free nights stay that expired in two months. Nice location, but horrible customer service and management. Would have been ok if they tried to make it right. Will never go back. Bed was also not comfy.

We love this place! It's nestled into the hills around Tablerock lake, is very reasonably priced, kid friendly, with tons of amenities for resort customers to use for free. The rooms are spacious, with a full kitchen, washer & dryer. We also were impressed with our gorgeous sunset view. It's especially accommodating to large families or groups, and you can get multiple units connected as well. Multiple televisions, more like apartment living, with televisions in each room. Updated decor. We have been 2 summers in a row, and it's the kids' favorite place we've been. They love the different pools and waterslide. Book it, you won't be disappointed...

I would expand that to say, one of our favorite resorts anywhere.
Our family of 6 loves this place.
There is something for everyone and most of it is included in your reservation.
On top of that, you can rent boats and wave runners at a competitive price for on the lake. Yet, walk out your back door and there you are.
Everything is very nice. The staff are great. Always helpful.
Super close to Silver Dollar City also.

Three couples stayed the weekend of Dec. 14. The resort was close to Silver Dollar City and beautiful! The condo was very spacious and clean. The staff at the office was extremely helpful. While we were checking in some repeat guests came into the office and the staff remembered them and called them by name. We will definitely stay here again.
