We enjoy this hotel but the closure of the indoor pool was disappointing. The indoor pool is really nice, quiet and relaxing. We speciically checked when we reserved our two rooms and were told both pools were open and in working order but the indoor pool was closed upon our arrival. We weren't notified at check-in and are "Best Rewards" members. We had requested a room close to the indoor pool so our disabled daughter would have a short indoor distance to walk. Door locked, sign posted pool closed was all we found when we were ready to swim. Checked with the desk and they offered no explanation and just said "sorry". We did walk to the outdoor pool which was very difficult. We've stayed here many times and like the place but people who are best rewards members should be treated better. We've stayed at 9 best westerns so far this year but this meant nothing to the desk staff.
