“Delicious Food in an Upscale Atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2009

We are a family with three children- ages 1,2, and 10, and we love mexican food. We ate at this restaurant, and had a great experience. There were white tablecloths on the tables, and the atmosphere was very upscale, yet intimate. The food was varied and very good. We ordered the fresh guacamole, that was made at the table and it was delicious! The prices are much higher than that of a typical mexican restaurant, but we felt the experience was worth it! They were extremely accomodating with our children, which was appreciated. As I looked around the restaurant, I don't think I saw anyone with children as young as our two youngest, but that was ok. We are a family that likes to try all kinds of restaurants, so we bring our children along. The margaritas were very good. I recommend this restaurant very highly.

“Great Location, Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2009

The restaurant is advertised as gourmet Mexican. Our food selection was different. I ordered Chile Rellenos and my husband ordered an Enchilada plate. Both were delicious, not your average TexMex. It was a little pricey for what we got but we weren't disappointed in the quality of the meal.

“hot spot at the Landing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2009

We arrived in Branson for our first time last Sunday. After checking in, we headed to the Branson Landing. After watching the fire and water show, we went to eat at the Cantina Laredo....a bit too chilly to eat outside but it would have been fun to watch the fountain show from there. The restaurant was busy even though it was early dinner time. We ordered the fajitas to share like a previous reviewer suggested. It was more than enough food and was very good. Plenty of chips and salsa. But we were very disappointed in the frozen margarita.....very bitter (I added packets of sugar). Overall, nice place with great atmosphere, good food, but I wouldn't suggest getting a margarita.

“Nice atmosphere, but terrible Mexican food!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2009

Salsa was interesting; I ordered beef enciladas...think they dumped Wolf Brand chili on top...they were awful. But guess since we are from Texas, we expected the same quality of Mexican food we get at home. Nice atmosphere at the Landing.....

“The Best You Will Find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2009

We have eaten here 2-3 times and the food is always delicous and unique. This is not your typical Mexican fare; everything isn't served with rice and beans. The service has been hit/miss, twice good, once needing improvment however I will say they are always extremely busy so that could account for the lack of attention we once experienced. On our last visit we sat on the patio and watched the fountain which was a lot of fun. We ordered the special Chilean Sea Bass - OMG I can't think of anything any better and a combination platter. Both were wonderful! You won't be disappointed.
