“"Great place to stay"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

My husband and I have stayed at Seven Gables Inn many times. We keep going back because of the excellent and friendly service. The breakfast is the best ever. The rates are reasonable and the rooms are always very clean. We appreciate Grace and Johns wonderful attitude toward their guests. We like the location, it is easy to get to by taking the Sheperd of the Hills Expressway.

We had a limited time to get away. Friends recommended this place based on their previous experiences and the pleasing, helpful attitude of the manager Grace Chun, So we decided to give it a try. We arrived at the hotel late Friday afternoon. My wife went in and soon two Korean ladies appeared (one was my wife) and we were obviously being shown to the room. We found the room to be amazingly clean and warm. Grace suggested that it was to be cold that night after a day of clouds and rain and that she had just received new blankets and that she would get us one. She also noted that we were a little older (68) and she was giving us a first floor room so that we would not have to carry our luggage up the stairs. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The next morning Grace and her husband fed us with everything from waffles to Krispy Kreme donuts. The coffee was out of this world. The dining area was crowded with people and everyone was friendly. The room for a family of three was reasonably priced. So if you are in Branson this place is well worth a look.

Room Tip: Let Grace make a recommendation.

I stayed hear last night and while the appearance of the hotel isn't great the room was comfortable and clean. The air/heater worked GREAT but best of it all was the customer service. The wait staff that checked us in and managed the breakfast room were spectacular. I would say the hotel is a 2.5 - 3 star due to no indoor pool, no hot tub and outside was not great but overall I would give this hotel a solid B+ grade

Room Tip: If you are looking for just a quick cheap stay then this is a solid choice.

My husband and I have never had such a memorable stay in a motel or hotel! The atmosphere is more like a bed and breakfast than a motel. It was worth our trip just to get to meet Grace and John, the owners. They will go to any lengths to see that their guests are happy and comfortable. You can tell that they truly enjoy serving their guests. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, complete with homemade biscuits and great sausage gravy and many other offerings. The room was very comfortable and clean...plenty of towels and wash cloths. We stayed at Seven Gables for four nights and truly were sorry to leave. Mary and Joseph (seriously)

Room Tip: We had a room on the 2nd floor, south side. It was very quiet, yet very close to the "strip&qu...

THE STAFF...are tremendous. Breakfast, far above your typical Breakfast. Egg and sausage casserole, waffles in addition to what other typical places serve. Rooms are clean. Very well priced. Plan to go back again. They can help you with discounts on shows too.
