“Biggest breakfast in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

I have always been told how good Billy Gail's food is so my husband and I decided to try it one morning. There was a bit of a wait to get seated but it was worth it. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The amount that comes with a single order is more than enough to fill you up. The pancakes are as big as a steering wheel and we saw the people at the next table order a breakfast burrito that was big enough for 2 people.

“Food and friendliness makes it well worth the wait!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Having 3 small children (ages 6, 3, and 9 months), the last thing we want to do is spend 30 minutes waiting for a place to corral our family around a table to order and then wait some more for the food - I was skeptical, but ever so glad we were able to experience this charming dining scene! The waitress brought small toys for the kids to play with, there were items of various interest for sale to look at, and coffee to drink while we were waiting, which in the end didn't seem to take as long.

I have NEVER seen pancakes so big (that also tasted so good)! My husband and I split the 'Belly Buster' knowing our kids would not be able to finish their meals (but surprisingly, my 6 year-old did eat ALL of his eggs and pancake!). Excellent coffee too! The friendly staff kept our mugs full and were always close if we needed anything.

An overall great experience and excellent value! We left completely full and with smiles.

“belly buster best deal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

All the breakfasts are great. The belly buster is the best deal...more belly bang for the buck....2 crepe type platter size pancakes....3 eggs, 4 bacon, american fries, a huge real biscuit. All delicious, tasty, home cooked, great service, and lots of stuff to look at, if you get there and a crowd is waiting, usually every morning, from 7-830. After that easier to get in......do not go for lunch. Its OK, but they have thee best breakfast in Branson.

“Expect a wait but it is worth it.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2013

We were in Branson for Veteran's Week and stopped in for another great adventure in dining at Billy Gail's. The parking lot was overflowing, there were 4 other couples ahead of us but....it was worth the wait. Pleasant waitresses and hostess. Took our order and a few minutes later, we were eating. WOW...great meal, reasonable prices (the 3 of us ate for less than $25.00). We ate, talked and when we left, there was no one waiting (about 11:45) and things had calmed down. We joked about staying another hour and having lunch there ! ! ! ! 5 STARS or CIRCLES for Billy Gail's...

“Good dining at a unique restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2013

Our fall visit to Branson included a breakfast stop at Billy Gail's Cafe. What a cute little place & a great breakfast! Huge portions, so my husband & I shared the "Belly Buster" special - pancakes that overflowed the plates they were on, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits - all very good! Great service & friendly staff made the visit very enjoyable! Will go back on our next visit!
