“Perfect place for pet lovers!”

La Quinta has the best pet policy I know of and allows you to travel with your furry friends for no extra fee. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They were able to fulfill our requests and even called to make sure our room was to our liking. The pool/spa area was clean and warm. Breakfast was even a bit better than the average free breakfast with more choices. We all felt at home. The only negative was that the beds are hard and I found them a little uncomfortable to sleep in. The only dogs I ever heard barking were the 4 we brought with us. We'll definitely be staying here again.

We love staying here and will always stay here when in Branson. Rooms are wonderful and comfy. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel "at home" And my two Pomeranians are always treated like royalty while there. Thanks again for another nice stay and we will see you again soon.

Great stay, we had our babies (dogs) with us. The staff were so great to work with us and our schedule to clean room. The breakfast was great, many choices. And the kids loved the indoor pool. Had a three night stay it was all good. I would stay here again.

Well the first thing I wanted to compliment was that we weren't charged extra for our dog... seems like everyone has their hand out now days... The area for walking your dogs is rather small... but I guess a large grassy field is out of the question because Branson is so crowded that land is quite expensive... I do have to say that matters to me and the places that will hit the top of my list of wants will be places that provide a nicer place to walk our pets... Still it was adequate... The room was very nice. Breakfast was a surprise. A lot of variety. Barbara the breakfast room lady I called her impressed me with her efficient quick cleaning and efforts to keep everything nice in the area. She was cheerful and truly I think while the breakfast at La Quinta is far better than most... Barbara is their treasure. We will definitely be checking out La Quinta on future trips where ever we go.

We want to thank you for your kind comments about our staff members. Barbara is a true treasure for our property and we are very happy to have her as a team member. We are also happy to hear you appreciate our pet policy.
At this time we are the only "name" brand property which does not charge a pet fee or large deposit. As you mentioned we cannot afford to purchase more land on the famous 76 strip for a pet area only. However, the city of Branson is building a pet park and our hotel is located less than one mile from it. We also have a walking trail which is only 2 city blocks from our property for pet owners who would like to take a longer stroll with their pets.
We hope to see you back again and from all of us at La Quinta Inn we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas.

We booked a package deal over this past Veterans Day week and La Quinta was the hotel. First time for us at a La Quinta, but we were more than satisfied. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for our needs and housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive. Breakfast buffet was included and had a wide selection of foods to choose from. Again, the staff was very attentive to the guests needs. There is a hot tub, indoor pool and sauna available as well as a small fitness center. You can buy tickets to many of the shows at the front desk. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We booked a package deal and there were three choices of lodging. Our first was booked, so we cose La Quinta because it is close to most ot the attractions. Upon checking in and entering the room, we noticed that the floor was not level. We placed a bottle of water on the floor and it rolled across to the other side. We asked for another room, but were told that they were completely booked. That night, we found that the head of the bed was lower than the foot. We place a couple of pillows under the mattress to try and raise the head. Then, upon laying on the mattress, it sank down about 4 - 6 inches(worn out). Then, the people in the next room came in for the night and we could hear their normal conversations(thin walls). Then, several times during each night, people took their dogs out to do their duty and every time the dogs exitted their room, they began barking(waking us up). Needless to say, due to all of these problems, we didn't get much sleep. This was our first time to stay at a La Quinta and will certainly be our LAST. I "do not" recommend this facility to anyone. Wehave travelled many times over the years and this La Quinta is the 'WORSE" place we have ever stayed. Do not stay there!!!!

We would like to sincerely apologize for your stay with La Quinta not being what you expected. We will have our maintenance staff inspect every room on third floor to find which room had the problems you mentioned. We recently placed new hardwood laminated flooring in our rooms and if the flooring is warped or was not placed properly we need to fix the issue immediately. We also inspect every mattress, every year and replace worn or unsatisfactory beds. This process is usually done every January, however when maintenance inspects the flooring we will have them inspect the beds as well within the next few days. We pride ourselves on ensuring our guest have a comfortable nights sleep and unsatisfactory mattresses will not be tolerated.

We do hope you will give us a second chance and if you will call 417-336-1600 and ask for Stanley I assure you I will do my best to make your next stay in Branson the best you have ever had. From all of us at La Quinta we wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.

nice clean motel located on the entertainment strip with easy access in and out. Walls were a bit thin and sound from next door was pretty loud. Just glad it was just one night.Staff was very friendly and helpful.
