This was our first trip to Branson and we had no idea there are so many choices for lodging. This place is beautiful. The grounds are manicured and the villas are nicely appointed. We shared a two bedroom two bath with another couple. Lots of privacy. The housekeeping staff gets an A+. Barbara was so nice, efficient and did an excellent job. The WIFI went down on Friday afternoon and when we checked out on Monday, it had still not been restored. This was a disappointment. They said it was AT&T breakdown. Major inconvenience, but not the end of the world. The outdoor pool was not open yet, but it is lovely. They allowed us to lounge out there though and it was so nice. The pool was being readied and probably will be open in the next few days. If you travel with family, the resort has many activities available. Our party used the exercise room, the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. I heard the Monday night event the resort sponsors (dinner and entertainment for $10) is fabulous. Unfortunately, we left Monday morning and were not able to take advantage of it. The ONLY criticism I have is that the front desk staff was blah...they seemed totally disinterested in us and in our stay. I had called previously and asked for a top floor room as previous reviews suggested this. They did not honor this request and would not budge on moving us. The resort was very empty as this is the off season so not sure why they did not honor our request. Luckily we did not have noise issues but that was probably due to fact that many rooms were empty. When we checked out, the two front desk clerks were so matter of fact and not customer oriented at all. They didn't even ask us if we enjoyed our stay or encourage us to return. Management definitely needs to work with their front desk staff on customer service and interaction. They left us feeling unappreciated. Are they not aware of how many choices visitors to Branson have????
