Everyone that we dealt with at the Hampton Inn at Payne Stewart Drive in Branson, MO, was just GREAT. We were bringing our small Shih Tzu and they were so accomodating to put us in an area where "if" she barked . . . it wouldn't bother anyone. I needed some extra facial wipes -- and presto -- there they were with them. The evening gentleman offered any assistance when we went to dinner and came back. Upon leaving -- Judy -- was so very sweet and invited us back and said that our "baby" (dog) was a sweetie -- which she is. The room was spotless and we will stay there again. We've been there three times now and also the condos that are a part of this complex. You have a very good team. Keep up the good work.

Room Tip: Just tell whomever you're making your reservation if you have special needs -- and they WILL acc...

This is the second time we have stayed at the Branson Hills Hampton Inn, in Branson, Missouri. Each time was an awesome experience. Judy Monzyk and Bill took care of us at the front desk. Jenna took care of us at breakfast each morning, and Mary kept our room neat and clean. These folks always had a smile on their face and always acted in a professional manner. Always a friendly greeting.

This hotel was as nice as any Hampton, but we were right next to he elevator which was very noisy through the wall in our room. The showers turned cold after a few minutes. There was a bunch of noisy kids in the hall, and the staff quieted them down right away.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here a week ago while visiting Branson. We had a room on the fourth floor, which afforded a great view. We love this place because its close to all the attractions, but far enough out that you are in a peaceful, quiet setting. It has an excellent workout room as well as a pool. Breakfasts are free and there is always a good assortment of food available. The man working the desk was most pleasant and eager to provide whatever we needed for our stay. It's close to new shopping areas so that's a plus for me!

Room Tip: Higher floors have a good view.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament that was eventually rained out. It was nice of the hotel to allow us to check out early and not be charged for the entire weekend. The property seemed super clean and Bill at the front desk was very welcoming!

At approx. $150/night you can stay at a nice condo while in the Branson area. This hotel is immediately across from the baseball fields and Payne Stewart golf course so they can probably charge more for travelers engaging in those activities.

The room was pretty small for a famliy of 4. They didn't have an rooms available with 2 queen beds, just ones with a single king bed. There was a small ice box, but no microwave. I don't believe that this property has any suites and that all the rooms are pretty much the same.

We didn't use the pool, but is looked nice and was busy. The workout area was exceptional and we did spend time there. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices as well as hot foods. The WiFi access was really slow, but all-in-all a good place if you can manage to get a good price for the room.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel because we like to golf at Payne Stewart Golf Course which is right next to hotel. They have a stay and play package. Room was clean. Staff fast and friendly. Had a great time.

We stay here twice a year and are always pleased. The breakfast buffet is great, good oatmeal. Very clean and comfortable. The Bedding & pillows are very good quality and super comfortable. The location is nice, not much traffic noise, but close enough to dining choices, shopping and entertainment venues. Have already booked our next stay.
