In May 2013, my husband and traveled to Branson to visit family. We were told that Joseph was a must see. We bought tickets and drove to the theater. Just driving up to the building itself, I knew we were in for a treat. The beautiful statue of the lion and the lamb as you approach the entrance, hints at the quality inside. Once inside the lobby, I was thrilled to be in a theater fit for royalty. Rich decor and clever lighing indicate a level of expertise that is rare. I knew at that moment we were going to be blessed with a evening of music and godly praise. We had the privilege of seeing Joseph. This is the biggest stage I have EVER seen! It has to be to properly tell a story that is set in Egypt. Pharoh's temple -and personal residence- is huge and wonderfully portrayed in this production. Lots of talent. Excellent music. Live animals. We were sitting on the center aisle and two camels trotted right past me! This theater is top notch in its comfort, quality of its staff and performers, and over all presentation. But what made this experience memorable and extra special was the fact that it is a Christian production and God was present in EVERY DETAIL. If you are offended by the mention of God or Jesus, you might want to go somewhere else. There is a sweet, sweet spirit in this place and I was blown away by what I saw, what I heard and what I felt. My heart was impacted by this story and I left the theater a different person. This theater is magnificant!
