We stopped in to have dinner, watch the Royals, and play some shuffleboard. It took three requests and 20 minutes to get the bartender to turn on the Royals' game, and remember this is in KC. He finally changed the station and gave a grunt when we said thanks. Next the food: Not bad really. The buffalo chicken sandwich was typical barfood. My wife had a steak which was just ok. The service was very slow. Our waitress was polite, but overworked. We waited for 15 minutes after dinner was over to get the check. So much time was wasted we decided not to bother with shuffleboard.
As this is a smoking establishment you might consider another restaurant if you are bothered by cigarette smoke.
