Good water pressure but not great. No free internet, and no breakfast included. This hotel is high end at a great price and very close to the airport so it is surprising that there is no breakfast service in till 630 in the morning. Not even a way to get a cup of coffee pay for free. I'll stay here again but I will get extra coffee supplies for my room. Lastly, shuttle to the airport works very well so you can drop off your car the day before can ride straight to the airport in the morning.,

This newly remodeled Renaissance looks just like the web site Key Game. The lobby and lounge are gorgeous. It's very European Boutique style. It is inviting and fun just to walk around the lobby and bar.

The hall carpet has a fun design that looks like rose petals on the floor. My room was spacious with a great view of Lambert Field. Not here was no outside noise in my room.

I was so impressed with this property I took several pics.

Room Tip: I really liked my room on the north side facing the airport. It's always fun to watch airplanes...

Had to stay yet another night in St. Louis due to weather cancellations and able to get room here. Was disappointed by nearby Marriott Airport hotel so hoping this would be better. It was, by leaps and bounds. Beautiful good sized room, very quiet, friendly and attentive staff. On site restaurant served delicious food. Comfortable bed. Modern décor. Would stay here again any time back in St Louis and needing place by airport!

We are the parents referred to in this review.........and everything mentioned was accurate ! Our 10 year tradition has been ruined and we will never stay at any of the Renaissance Hotels in the future.......nor will we recommend them to anyone we know. Believe me in the last 10 years, we have recommended this hotel many times. Also, an employee of theirs, ........Karen.......has waited on us the past times and not once in those years has she had any complaints about us. And, get this..........Karen was not there on this evening. when asked if she was off that night, we were told...."no, she does not work here any longer, and we are not allowed to comment on the reason for her dismissal". Hmmmmmm.......what a coincidence don't you think. ! The staff did a disservice to the Renaissance name. I would think that the owner and CEO of Renaissance would like to investigate this particular evening and speak to us to get our side of the story. They threw us out, after consuming alcohol, to drive somewhere else to spend the night at 1:30 am. That was the point of getting the rooms, so we would NOT have to travel anywhere. Think about it ! We are now on our vacation, but when we return we will pursue this matter further.

Our family has stayed at this hotel over 10 years for the park and fly deal. It has always made going to the airport at such early hours more convenient. However, this time will be our last! Myself, husband, our 2 children(7 & 3) and parents were staying the night prior to a trip. It has been a tradition to have dinner in the lounge area and then retire to our rooms. This time the lounge area was a little crowded so we decided to sit in one of the private rooms as not to disturb the other guests with our children. After spending a very LARGE amount of money for dinner our waitress left for the night. We then asked the bartender for one last round of drinks, however never received them. When asked he said that we missed last call and our kids were disturbing guests! What they were doing to disrupt guests-I don't know because specifics were never mentioned. We had been there since 6pm and it was now 10:30 and not once did anyone approach us about our children's behavior. We asked to speak with a manager and she was just as rude as the bartender. Clearly lacking people skills! After a heated discussion we were asked to leave the hotel! YES!!! Take all our luggage, children and find another place to stay!! If we had been approached before about our children we would of clearly addressed their behavior or left. Again, not sure what they were doing wrong! Keep in mind we were sitting in a room that had a TV, we had an I-Pad, leapster and coloring materials for them. No lack of entertainment. At one point yes, a guests could have mistaken my son for screaming when my husband tickled him! I understand there are other guests and we chose to sit in the private room so we could enjoy our evening and not disrupt others. UNFOURTUNATELY WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!! This has ruined a 10 year tradition for us. I would suggest the hotel invest in people skills training for the female manager and the male bartender. Very rude individuals!

The renaissance has followed up their lobby remodel from last year with a complete room makeover. It has gone from dated to wonderful. The rooms now have plenty of outlets, nice TV's and completely updated decor and carpeting. I'll be back my next trip to St. Louis!

...is how well you are treated during difficult circumstances. My husband, 5 year-old son and I stayed at the Renaissance at St. Louis Airport on January 4th & 5th during that epic snow storm and bitter cold. We were traveling from our family’s home in Illinois to our home in Connecticut. We checked in a head of the storm on Saturday and, anticipating our Jan. 5th flight would be cancelled, we extended our stay to include Sunday, Jan. 5th as well.

EVERY member of the staff we encountered was welcoming, professional, friendly and hard working. They seamlessly provided top notch food and service under very difficult circumstances…always with a smile; despite being stranded themselves and not at their homes, where I am sure they were needed.

We really appreciated everyone from Bell hop to shuttle driver to wait staff and saw managers roll up sleeves and do whatever needed done. I thought it was particularly brilliant to change dinner service into a buffet to feed guests quickly and deliciously.

Throw in the fact that the restaurant is wonderful, the lobby is stunning, and the price could not be beat...oh we'll be back!
