Hotel is very convenient to I-70 and the airport. Lobby, restaurant, and rooms are nice, clean, updated. Even the fitness room was kept clean and well equipped. Only downside is the bed was very hard.

There's something vaguely unkempt about this hotel.
It looks new. The lobby is attractive and contemporary. Rooms are nicely decorated. Restaurant and lounge make wonderful mealtimes. The house staff is superior, taking care of every request quickly and tending the rooms with care.
Rooms are quiet, even so near the airport and highway.
But the furniture in the lobby and our room looked more than worn, the curtains were dropping, the tub had chips, the shower had broken tiles, even the floor of the elevator was cracked.
The room itself seemed a little claustrophobic---a little too narrow for the furniture, low ceiling, teeny closet, cramped bathroom.
And the front desk staff, all weekend, seemed clueless. Every question was answered "I don't know" with a shoulder shrug. Not even the hint of future help. That seemed to change on Monday morning when the front desk went out of their way to meet our needs.
We'll be back because of the great location and the price, but we'll be more picky about our room.

Room Tip: Kings seem roomier than double-queens.

This hotel has a great welcoming staff who went above and beyond their means to accommodate us. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Great shuttle service to and from hotel. Will stay here the next time.

Stayed for an early flight and selected by tripadvisor reviews. Nice place and great service for the shuttle service, called when picking up luggage after flight return and they arrived about the time we for to the pickup point.

As others have commented the beds were pretty firm even after making the adjustments

Our main complaint was the noise, overhead sounded like children running and out in the hall doors slammed every few minutes thought the night.
With our 3:30 am wake up call it ended up being a pretty sleepless night!

The place is nice and we would consider using it again, just bad luck being in a noisy area

Kim, front desk, went above and beyond the call of duty, Kim was a wealth of information , good recommendation on the local attraction.Would stay at this location again.Our room was very clean and great size. The beds are a little to firm for my preference , used the dial on the side of the bed to corect that issue

I stay here often when traveling for work. The staff, as a whole, has been great. However, Kimberly at the front desk has always been exceptional. Her customer service and attention to detail continues to impress me over and over again.

We are HH and always stay at Hamptons Inns when traveling because we have always been pleased with every hampton inn. We thought we would try Hilton Garden Inn at the Airport and LOVED it. Very nice and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and great size. The beds are a little to firm for my preference but still had a good nights rest. The pool area was clean and very nice. We ate at the Hotel Resturant and it was wonderful. The watress was the only one on duty and service was a little slow but she was very nice and really helped us with our decisions. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was absolutly wonderful. As was the chicken salad. We will stay here agian and reccomend it to others. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Excellent overall!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 203 on the 2nd floor It was a very clean room BUT it is far from the front lobby...
