We went to Tunica for one night, so we decided to pay the little extra (above Key West Inn and America's Best Value) because we figured that the BW would fit our needs. Although the hotel is pretty nice, the beds were hard, the staff wasn't friendly and it's not THAT close to the casino's. Although the bathroom was large, the air conditioner in our room didn't work and it was HOT at night! They also forgot to call for wake-up, but we were only 30 min's late getting up, so that wasn't that big of a deal. The "hot" breakfast, was microwaved biscuits, and gravy in a crock pot...nothing what I expected for $130/night at a "nice" hotel!
I'm not usually a picky hotel person, but this service just wasn't that great...especially after staying at a nice hotel in Memphis for two days. If you're interested in that review, it's under "Days Inn-Graceland!"
Hope this helps somebody!
