This is a one of a kind dining experience in Mississippi. The flavors of the various courses are definitely unique. Loved the chili, mushroom salad, flounder and apple crisp. The meal is not for those who do not like or tolerate highly spiced foods- but I love it. As mentioned previously, the portions are small but one still feels adequately satisfied by the end of dessert. Unfortunately, we went on a night when he had a full house of guests and some of the courses were lukewarm as I would expect when trying to get out over 40 meals at a time. Would we go again, most definitely. I suggest that one check out the menu for the week first (he posts it by Tuesday evening). One thing for sure, I want this man's wood stove...... even if just for the "smoker" ability.
