We ate at the Ravine for the first time on "Tapas" night. One person in our party is vegan and although there were a couple of vegan options, we were surprised that upon request, they could not come up with something else from the kitchen. After all, they use local vegetables, so it seems that it would be easy to add a vegan option, if requested. I will say that there was a salad and baba ganoush that was delicious and worked for the evening, but we would have ordered more courses, if there were more choices.
