We found The Inn At Ocean Springs to be an extraordinary treat and a singular discovery. Its perfect location--near all of the lovely shops and fun happenings in town--and its exquisite furnishings and conveniences made our visit a most memorable one...which we intend to repeat soonest.

Room Tip: I can't thinkof much they could improve

We enjoyed a fun filled, relaxing visit at The Inn, a quaint Bed and Breakfast in Oceans Springs, Ms.. The rooms are lovely, decorated with antiques and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The Inn includes amenities that a sophisticated traveler expects. These include, flat screen T.V. alarm clock radio, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, bikes to ride and a court yard. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and art museums, We will definitely return!!!

Room Tip: shops, art museums, restaurants, and beach within walking distance

I spent time on many occasions at this lovely Inn while looking for a place to live in Ocean Springs. I found it to be a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the downtown area. It is located on Washington Ave and right by many boutiques and restaurants. The rooms at the Inn are very charming, clean, comfortable, and the decor looks like something out of a magazine. It was truly an enchanting experience!

Original Review 4/15: My husband and I stayed at the Inn at Ocean Springs a few weeks ago. We had a very nice vacation to the Gulf, but unfortunately had a few frustrations with the Inn. The highlights of the Inn are that the room was very clean and comfortable and a great walk to the beach. The town was pleasant and walkable, but not quite as much of a vacation town as we expected. With the location on the main street there is quite a bit of traffic noise at night. It didn’t bother me, but did bother my husband, who is a lighter sleeper. After reading all the great reviews here on Trip Advisor we were surprised that Ted and Roxy were not especially friendly. For breakfast we received vouchers each morning. Great idea, but the restaurants were really coffee shops, not restaurants, and the first was out of all breakfast food except plain bagels. That coffee shop was closed the next morning and our voucher brought us to another coffee shop that was out of business. Towards the end of our stay we were thinking about leaving a day early and spending that time in New Orleans. Ted said New Orleans was well worth our time and he would not charge us for the last night or a cancelation fee. However, we have yet to receive a refund or a corrected receipt. I have left a few messages and sent an email to correct this and receive our refund, or at minimum refund minus the cancellation fee, but have not heard back from the Inn. That has been frustrating.

UPDATE 4/22: We have received a full refund for our last night stay. To clarify, the Inn at Ocean Springs did not over charge us at the beginning; they charged us for the number of nights we had reservations. It was generous of them to offer not to charge (to refund) for the last night of our reservation, but my frustration came when we did not receive a response for 3 weeks. They have now responded and refunded.

Fantastic doesn't seem to meet the reality of the image. This B&B is in the heart of the town. everything you need has been anticipated. A large immaculate room with a spacious bathroom. A serene setting under a flowering arbor with a gurgling fountain and a nice fire pit for both warmth and atmosphere was the perfect end to a day of bicycling arond the great attractions of Ocean Springs. The bikes were provided by the Inn so we did not have to bring ours. The beach is a short ride south and the Walter Anderson Museum of Art is a block north. Reserve at least two hours for the Museum. You will probably stay for three! We are going back to the Inn soon. Maybe we will see you there!

Room Tip: Only two rooms, both great. Make reservations early!
