Our party of 6, with 2 rooms, may have confused the management, but after following up four times before our arrival there was no excuse...Our four night stay used a mix of free points as well as paid nights. The only request for me was to advise the hotel that our group just wanted to stay on the same floor, and remain in the same rooms during our stay. I was assured by the night manager, Ms. Antwonette, that she understood this and would do all she could. Upon arrival Ms, Antwonette did not even remember me, after talking with me several times on the phone prior to our arrival. The main manager, had no clue as well and could not figure out our room configurations. Our rooms were on different floors and it took 2 day's being checked out and in with new room key's constantly to finally get us a good nights sleep. I am not sure if this was a "Mississippi thing" but thanks to the free cookies, the unfriendly desk staff made it somewhat bearable. The high point of this hotel was the maid service. Our hotel room was always stocked with extra fresh towels and nice Neutrogena personal bath items..
Don't request one ahead of arrival.....
