The Maple Terrace Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast and everything the web site promised. The Silkwood Room, on the second floor, features a very comfortable queen bed with nice linens for about $100 a night. The bathroom is large with a separate walk in shower and claw foot tub. Everything about the restored home was well kept, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. Soft drinks and bottled water are kept in the kitchen refrigerator for guests' convenience. Breakfast, served at 8:00 in the downstairs dining room, was ample--scrambled eggs, toast, biscuits, bacon, sausage patties and links, yogurt, fruit salad, juice, and coffee. I peaked into the unoccupied "red" room, and it looked very nice, too. The Silkwood room faces a busy street, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring along your earplugs. Otherwise, I highly recommend the Maple Terrace Inn. We'd definitely stay there again.
