We stayed in a very spacious suite and had an enjoyable and comfortable night's stay in Jackson, MS. There was a full kitchen with bar & 2 stools for seating, a hallway that led to a sink area. Off of that was the bathroom and bedroom--each with a door that closed. Two TV's and separates spaces for all of us...teens had living room with pullout sofa and internet connection for computer. Great appetizers weeknights (beer on tap) and breakfast was good too. Very spacious area to sit and eat with soft seating and tables/chairs. The pool was outdoors and larger than most. We forgot toothpaste and the front desk gave us some. Hampton Suites is our new favorite---right up there with Embassy Suites now.

WOW ! This is the nicest hotel I ever stayed at! Checked in on a Suday afternoon and was upgraded at no charge to a spacious 3 room suite with kitchen/dining area, living room, bedroom and bath, better than most apartments I have rented.
Free computer and printer for guest use in the lobby. Very pleasant staff, hotel is very clean and everything is in good repair. Room also was spotless, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed, easy to use heat/AC, nice and quiet.
Great breakfast in the spacious and comfortable lobby, I understand on weeknights they have a manager's reception.
I look forward to staying here again soon!

This place was great. I can not tell you how wonderful the employees were. The front desk folks could not be any better in a 5 star hotel.
They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and just great to interact with.

I picked this hotel based upon the positive feedback posted on this site. Unfortunately my experience was not as positive. The hotel has a good location and is easy to get to. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was typical for this chain, nothing spectacular but a good start for the day. I had a suite which was quite large. The problem lies in the cleanliness. The bathroom countertop had some beard whiskers on top and in the soapdish. The top of the sink under the rim of the countertop was full of hairs. Most people wouldn't have noticed this because they were somewhat hidden and I wouldn't have either except that when you looked in the mirror at the right angle they couldn't be missed. In addition, in the closet was a pile of used bathtowels laying on the floor. If it wasn't for the staff then I would've given only one star. Hopefully my experience was a singular occurance.
