We ate here after church last Veterans Day due to their donating 10% of proceeds to WWP. Walked in and was not busy at all and I think I know why, the place was filthy to say the least. My menu was literally stuck together and the floor under our table was about one inch deep in food particles. My wife took a baby wipe and cleaned the table and to continue this trend, we went through three sets of silverware before we found a fork that did not have dried food particles on it. Anyway, food was just average Chili's food, service was ok, overall just average or below average food quality for Chilis which is normally fresh. I asked several times to my waitress about the promotion towards the WWP and she assured me that it would be on my ticket that Chili's had donated to the program but we left and it still wasn't shown and I don't believe they ever did. Overall, a very disappointing visit to Chili's.
