Clean comfortable Rooms.Reasonable buffet prices,two for one.Pick up a coupon at the MS welcome center.Casino is on the small side as they are renovating.No smoke free areas.Staff were very friendly.Golden Nugget is taking over this place.

Stopped at this Hotel in Biloxi Mississippi. It was a little off the strip, but really enjoyed it. The Casino area was dated and not very attractive, however, it appeared that the hotel is getting a face lift and the casino seems to be the last on the list. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well appointed, other than the older televisions The only problem I experienced was loud slamming of the room doors. The doors are metal with metal frames, if you allow them to slam, the entire room shakes. You multipy that 10 or 20 times when you are trying to sleep and you get the picture. There was extremely limited eating areas. The buffet was good, but probably not worth the 15.99 price tag associated with it. There was only one other restaurant on site that was open, I went in for breakfast which was extremely average, and even though there was only 4 other people in the restaurant, I was waiting just shy of 40 minutes for my meal. I found that I had no trouble walking to the Grand Casino and the Palace Casino from the Isles. All the casinos seem to be quite some distance from each other, however, there is a tram for $1.25 per trip which I thought was kind of cheesy. You go to these casinos to spend money, however, you pay 1.25 to get there. Overal, I liked the Hotel and got a great rate for the 2 days that I was there.

We went and received a new card at the players club and were told if we reached 10 points on our card we could get a free buffet. We each did have 10 points and went to the buffet. There were 2 girls at the buffet who unformed us we did not have enough points We told her we did and she very rudely told us to go over and print our coupons which we did. We were then informed these coupons were not for the buffet and sent us to the players club. The lady there very rudely told us that it was 3:55 and the lunch buffet was over at 4:00 and we could come back all next week. We were leaving the next day. Nowhere on their poster nor was it explained at the players club that we could only get the lunch buffet at a certain time. We then handed our cards back as we will never set foot in the Isle. The employes there need an attitude adjustment and a lesson in customer service.

The hotel rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 1970's, carpets are stained and disgusting, the staff has been very unfriendly and the "casino" is a joke, they have a lot of newer slots and a large table area but they aren't operational!!! The old slots all crammed into a small space on the second floor are currently being swapped out for new machines that also aren't operational , the six gaming tables are crammed together in a small area upstairs along with the tightest slots in biloxi. This is our first visit to this hotel, please don't make the same mistake we did, you would be better off renting a place in Alabama and driving everyday that staying here
