The hotel is not on the beach even know that's what they advertise. The rooms are out of date badly. The buffet is just something horrible and the overall experience was just disgusting. Would never stay there again.

The location is great. The hotel is at the end of Biloxi Beach but you are close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. There are 3 restaurants on site and a food court style, quick food area as well as a Star Bucks. The Buffet Restaurant is not great but the price is right-$7 per person. It is is short drive to Ocean Springs as well as D'Iberville.

The service is what you would expect from a Southern hotel. The staff is anxious to please and are very friendly and service oriented. The rooms are big and bright. The spa style bath room is well equipped with hair dryer and everything you would expect. There is also an iron and ironing board. The beds have just been replaced with pillow top matresses. This along with the quiet location is the perfect combination for a good nights sleep.

The overall experience at the Isle is one of the best I have had in a long time at a Hotel. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Biloxi.

On this stay, I participated in Isle Casino 48 Hour Cyber Sale ($29) and purchased a 2 night stay. (I'm glad I didn't purchase more as planned!) This room looked like where the hotel's rejected items where stored. (#325) Starting with the bath tub, shower curtains and rods. The shower curtain rod was rusty and the drain appeared to be rusty and painted over. As soon I check in, into any room...I always take pictures. It appears to be a dirty foot print in the tub. This room had a seperated toilet and seperate sink area and the closet had sliding mirrored doors. I was very disappointed in this room because on previous stays, the rooms are always great ($59 rooms). The partial view we had (window facing the roof of the entrance) was of the bridge and the back bay made up for the rest. We usually stay on a high floor on the gulf side. I like to take a nice hot bath after a 6 hour road trip to get to Biloxi, but this time...there was no way my bottom was sitting in that tub! Oh, on our first night stay the wireless was fine, the second night...the internet service was down and the following day when we checked out. I would stay here again, but it won't be on the 3rd floor facing bayside. My next Biloxi stay will be at IP in one of their promo rooms. (Anything at IP would be better than this room.)

Traveled to the Isle with my 81 year old mother-in-law. We had a terrific time, the room was clean and had a great gulf view balcony. The beds were clean and very plush, no flat screen tv-but it worked and had lots of channels. Decor was dated, but I love the 80s! The Cafe at the Point restaurant was awesome-we had breakfast and dinner there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the lack of a bell man. I even asked at check-in. I carried all of our luggage, no carts are available for guests to use. This place is dated, but overall pretty nice. I was very skeptical based on other reviews, however everything seemed clean and pleasant. I missed the opulance of the Beau, but the price was much better and the Isle had the only available rooms 2 weeks prior to our visit. Will visit again.

older hotel so not luxurious but room was clean and bed was comfortable - wife liked the fitness center - excellent poker room, staff very friendly and will comp $11 buffet with as little as 3 hrs play - buffet was average - starbucks was excellent, both staff and coffee - parking garage more convenient than valet, short walk from garage to hotel/casino - planned on 2 nites and ended up staying 3 -

A picture speaks a thousand words and seeing is believing! If I were you I would avoid this hotel at all cost! Oh yeah they charge a $50 deposit and take that when you check out for amenities you don't use. This is the worst hotel I have been to and I will not return to the Isle ever again!
