“Loved the the rooms”

I have really seen very few places where we find such clean rooms and specially there are some places where the cleaning takes place only on the more exposed areas. The staff usually avoid the corners and some of those areas where it is a little difficult to clean. There is a habit of my mother which is good or bad I dont know but it is that what ever place we go either to have lunch or to stay, she always checks the cleanliness of that particular place and of she finds any problem, she always complains to the management and the staff. Hampton was really a good experience even for my mother as well. She really did mention me about certain things which I myself noted afterwards. the rooms were cleaned good and the staff was fantastic. There was no any extraordinary cleanliness but still it was an amazing experience for me and my family.

Room Tip: Check the A/C first before you except the room.

Nice comfy bed! Room was pretty clean. Staff was great. Breakfast to go was good. Speedy speedy checkin! Fast food so close you can walk across the parking lot.

Nice hotel. I have nothing else to say so I am typing this to meet the 200 characters required.

Room Tip: not 204 as it faces the McDonald's drive thru! The drapes shut out the light and noise though...

Loved this hotel. Stayed here as a stop off for the night. Front desk people were super nice. Room and hotel very clean. Fresh yummy cookies in the lobby!! Great breakfast. Room was very quiet as well, never heard any sounds from other rooms.

The hotel, as most Hamptons, have great beds and bedding, but none ever claimed that the duvet was cleaned with anticipation of your arrival. Whether it being true or not, it was the most exciting thing. No need to remind kids not to touch the bedding without the sheet. The building is old, but is clean and almost everything in there has been remodeled. Granite counter in the bathroom, curved shower rod, modern fixtures, it also has a small microwave and a small fridge which was a plus. They are minor details, but it sure made it more pleasant, even if it was just an overnight stay.

We have not stayed at Hampton Inns in some time though we travel often. Everyone from check in to Check out was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient and was kept supplied - which is saying a lot with a room of ball player families and family reunion attendants. Loved the room right down to the furniture style and comfort. We plan to go back in November and anytime we are on the Gulf Coast, will choose this hotel. Thanks to Dede Mays for setting us up in such a nice place.

Our complete experience was excellent. I can say the staff was excellent and everyone that I met and saw during our stay was friendly and helpful. I sat in the lobby on arrival for about an hour or so to meet and greet and the staff at the desk was very nice and accommodating to every guest that arrived or phone call they answered. They took as much time as the guest needed and was able to assist them on everything that I overheard.

One particular staff member whose name was Amanda was very helpful and friendly. She had a wonderful smile for everyone and just looked like she really enjoyed her job at the Inn.

The only negative that I had the whole visit was the electronic door keys. I had three different sets and still had trouble at times with the last set. I have to assume that my room 217 had some sort of problem as no one else in our family of rooms mentioned any problem with theirs.

I would recommend this Inn to anyone and when we travelled back home to Virginia I made sure that out overnight stop was at another Hampton Inn in Chattanooga.

Room Tip: All the rooms for our family were on the 2nd floor and they were all very good.
