While the food in any national chain is pretty much the same no matter at which one you dine, the service is definitely not the same. My travelling companion (my elderly father) and I chose to dine here on our way to Mobile AL from New Orleans LA. We arrived shortly before 2 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and were seated quickly. Our server, Tracy S., took our drink and appetizer order quickly, handed it in, and then took our meal order. Our respective meals arrived quickly and were delicious and piping hot. Tracy was a living doll the entire duration of our visit. She made us feel right at home. Applebee's has a real jewel in Tracy. Thanks, Tracy!!!
