My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel back in August 2004 and the service was excellent. The casino was pretty much the same as the other casinos but the buffet was excellent. We did not have one complaint and the price was excellent. The price that we paid to stay at the Grand Casino was the same price that was quoted to us from Imperial Palace. What won us over for this hotel was the fact that every room has a balcony and the view was wonderful. I would definitely stay at the Grand Casino again.

“Grand Casino /Hotel”

Just returned from a weekend jaunt to the Grand from SC via air. Took the Casino Express juket and had a wonderful time. Our hostess and fellow travelers were a fun loving bunch. The rooms were lovely and the food was excellent.

“Very Grand”

We had an excellent price on a room. The room was very large and beautiful. The blanket on our bed had a stain that was a real turn off. The staff were rather uppity when we checked in. We are used to people being very nice and they were in the Casino. The Casino is lovely and we love the buffet there.
We go to the Casino often, but my husband was not fond of the hotel.

Have been several times this summer. Found all to be excellent from valet to victory at the card table!
Loved the whole scene.
