“A great place to stay in Biloxi!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

We checked in a little early and we were able to get to our room right then. The front desk staff was friendly and the service was quick. The lobby area was very nice and clean. The room was very nice and also clean. The bed was amazingly comfy and the only complaint that I have was that there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.....cool at best.....sure was a wakeup!!!!! Had to wash my hair but my husband ended up sticking his head in the bathroom sink as that water was warm!!!!! They had a very nice bar/restaurant and a "to go" counter with coffee, pastries etc.....great for taking something back to the room.
Valet parking was free and very quick. The casino was alot of fun, but was smoky. The hotel is in a great location for getting around to all the other casinos on the coast. All in all, I would definitely stay here again......hopefully the shower water will be warmer!!!!

Be aware hotel is not on the beach/ocean as stated on web site but is across the street. The room was clean, service good, buffet good, and casino average. Free parking very good. No concierge service so we had to figure out other things to do in the city besides gamble. Limited tv channels in room. I would stay here again but prefer to stay at the beaurivage next time if budget permits.

Room Tip: We wanted a suite but only given to "high rollers" we stayed in room 636-had ocean/pool vi...

Stayed at this hotel recently, because we had Total Reward points. I have to say I wasn't impressed. The room was adequate ... nothing special ... bathroom was small. Decor is tired ... hallway carpets had stains as others mentioned. The service at the front desk was not good; I felt like I was intruding, and was not welcome. We asked for a refrigerator for medicine that needed to be kept cool; was charged $10 a day. The telephone in our room didn't work, we reported it broken, and it never got fixed. Had a decent view overlooking the pool and out into the gulf, however, the old casino is still there ... and quite an eyesore. The casino is quite small, as they had to move it into the main hotel when the hurricane occurred. I just wasn't very impressed. There was a bellman, Jared, who did a great job with our bags, was very helpful, and sent us to a great local restaurant for seafood. Overall it was ok ... given it was free. If I had paid for this, I would have been extremely disapointed.

We had a smooth and speedy check in that was dealt with in a friendly and cheerful fashion. Public areas, lifts, hallways and our room were spotless. The distance from the car park to reception was amazingly close, unlike the LV hotels where you have to walk a mile through the casino's. All of the staff we chatted to were all friendly and helpful. We had a super buffet. The only thing that did disappoint were the boring slot macines - all so ordinary. Even went to other casino's (which I would have preferred not to ) to find some better mchines. This is the only reason that I gave a 4 instead of a 5 stars. I enjoyed my stay on the hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Very Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Spa! The room is clean and bed is comfortable, not good if your into TV or Movies, also, not great views from the room considering you are on a beach property. The pool was great on Saturday with a bar and grill set up, and music in the background. The spa is very nice but they do not offer wine and champagne complimentary, this should be included for the prices you pay. The food was of good quality in all areas. The staff was friendly from what I experienced, however the front desk attendants were not as welcoming as other properties.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have a great view. If you are looking for beachside view, this may not be your hotel.

Lots of covered parking available. Also uncovered parking available for oversized vehicles. Bed, linens and pillows are a comfort. Air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was large but does not have an exhaust fan. Carpet in hall and room were stained. Non-smoking floors available. Service at front desk was pleasant. No breakfast buffet available. Dinner buffet was good but overpriced unless you eat crab. I will stay here again, as I feel you get what ou pay for.
