Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding noise, as the hotel was fully booked for New Year's night. With regard to the credit card calls, this is something that is affecting the entire country with all tiers of hotels experiencing this scam. As the industry attempts to resolve or mitigate the risk of this happening, we believe it to be prudent to inform our guests as a protection.
This is actually a good thing for our patrons, and has no reflection on your safety at the property. We have 24 hour video surveillance, and concierge, and our management stays on the property. We agree that it is wrong, but we cannot control someone who is attempting to defraud the public. We can and will, however, protect our guests by informing them that we will NEVER ask you for your personal info over the phone. This is a policy that many companies follow. Thank you again for your review.

I have relatives in Biloxi and we come there quite frequently.. We also usually stay at Super 8 because its affordable, clean and close to our favorite casino. There are convenience stores, liquor stores, waffle house and souveniour Shops within walking distance.. The beds were super soft and the comforters were so comfortable.. I will definitely stay there again!

We apologize you did not enjoy the breakfast, we do follow the requirements per Wyndham and are not permitted to put more items to maintain a consistent experience with other Super 8s. We will send your comments to Wyndham for review so we can better improve our services. Please call our GM at the property so you can determine why your Wyndham points were not applied.
