“Great location, good deal and clean”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013 via mobile

My expectations were low but I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean the lobby area was kept and the very good location. It was walking distance to the Beau Rivage which was nice to be able to gamble but to get away from the smoke and atmosphere. A complaint was there were no drawers to put your clothes and the hanging rod was not horizontal (left to right) but went from back of the wall to the front. I felt like it was some type of European type of furniture with baskets to store your clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast at their small restaurant was good. We had 3 rooms and my father's door would not close tightly - he complained and it did not get fixed. He went down the next day to complain again and they finally moved him. The doors are very heavy but it was as if the door had been bent and not aligned properly so it would not close. The Lobby area outside the restaurant was nice as we could get together and play games and talk. I would definitely go back as I feel like the positives outweighed the negatives of any casino smoked filled hotel.

I stayed here overnight after Christmas/pre-NYE before heading on to New Orleans. I had intially wanted to stay in one of the casino hotels, but did not regret staying here at all. This hotel is located in a great location going towards the casino hotels in Biloxi without having to travel too far. If you want a quiet, low-key hotel without all the hoopla and cigarette smoke downstairs then this is the spot for you. It's clean and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and accomodating.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel rooms - clean, comfy bed, big room with plenty of space, good water pressure and supply of hot water. We had a view of the car park instead of the Gulf and while you can't see the train tracks, you can hear the freight trains with their really, really noisy whistles blowing through every 30 min or so. We did manage to get to sleep but I would recommend paying extra, if required, to stay on the other side of the hotel. I would also recommend avoiding a room with an interconnecting door because you can hear every little word your neighbours are saying and chances are they will be saying it in a loud voice in the wee hours of the morning after returning from a night at the casinos. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and the food was always very good although the kitchen was very slow for both lunch and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - easy 5 - 10 min walking distance to the Beau Rivage with all the shows and gambling excitement as well as a walking path that loops over the Gulf. Decent hair dryer in the room.

Room Tip: avoid rooms overlooking the car park where you can hear really noisy freight trains throughout the n...

I was in town attending a conference being held across the street at the Beau Rivage. As a Starwood member, I decided to book at the Four Points and I'm very glad I did. I avoided the crush of people at the Beau Rivage and I must say, the Four Points is a perfectly good hotel. Clean, decently appointed rooms. Friendly staff. I accidentally booked the wrong dates online (I booked the 26th & 27th of October instead of the 26th & 27th of September) and the front desk was very accommodating in adjusting my rate to the discount, online rate. Easy, free, outdoor parking. I usually drove across the street to the Beau Rivage for meetings (Beau Rivage has free valet parking -- just tip them a couple of bucks). I could see the pool from my room (although I didn't use it) and it looked clean and nice, but you pick up some noise from the busy beach highway. A perfectly good hotel. Nothing fancy, but a nice (and less expensive) alternative to the crowds, noise and "hub-bub" of the casinos...

i spent 2 nights at this wonderful property for Thanksgiving. The staff was very friendly and i really enjoyed my room overlooking the gulf. My room was great and the beds are very comfortable.i selected this property because of its location and i didn't want to stay at a casino hotel. this hotel offer shuttle service to casinos and other businesses within a mile or so from the resort. the property also have a awesome pool/patio overlooking the beach. drinks and food was okay. the rates are good and i recommend this property.

Room Tip: corner ocean view rooms on the south side are quiet and also a full view of gulf and beach

We spent 3 nights here. The staff, especially Angela, Jeana, and Maddie, were so hospitable it more than made up for the train whistles every morning at 6:30 am. We had dinner all 3 nights in the restaurant and room service for breakfast twice. All of our dinners were very good and, while the breakfast food was fine, the presentation was inconsistant. The 1st day we weren't given ketchup or salt and pepper and the 2nd day I had to call back down to get our coffee. The girl working that morning (Richelle) told me that since I hadn't actually asked for the coffee it wasn't delivered -but it was included on the menu as part of the price of our breakfast and it had arrived the first morning. This was annoying. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and our maid service was great. The room rates were very reasonable. The location was convenient to all the Beach Boulevard attractions - too bad they don't have direct access to the beach! If we ever have a chance to return to Biloxi we would probably stay here again.
