We stayed in two rooms Friday night, January 11, 2013. The radio alarm clock was no loader than a whisper but we has the alarms in our phones. About 7:30 p.m. we proceeded to the buffet. The person at the register was snippy but no matter. We received our receipt with a "sign this." There was a total with tip and total again on the bottom. Some restaurants do this so that you can later choose you tip and right it in on the receipt. Fine. We took the receipt to the table and had wonderful service. We decided to just leave cash. On the way out, I asked for my receipt showing the copy so that I could right "on table" in the tip area. The now sniopy blond got ugly. She said it was closed out and showed me the receipt. THEN proceeded to talk to another employee behind me saying "she just thinks I'll right something in." Hello, "she" is right here and your customer. No I did not think that at first, but now I will be watching my statement like a hawk. That person distroyed the wonderful service provided by every other employee we encountered.
