We made our reservations 9 weeks in advance. We requested a high floor and as close to the water as possible. What we were given was a 2nd floor unit 1 from the back of the building and directly over the pool.. The unit we had to start #202 was a brand new unit, the furnishings were incredilbe 50" TV in L/R etc. Unfortunately the unit was not complete it was missing trash can's , lamps, door not working properly, no furniture on the balcony. Tags still on B/R furniture and the mirror in B/R was still wrapped in the shipping cardboard also they charge a 100.00 cleaning fee and this unit really needed to be dusted. their was also no place to eat, no table or light just the bar stools. We returned to the office and the staff spent more time trying to figure out who to blame then take care of their client. We were told that we would have to stay in that unit until the 2nd day and then move. Unit # 806, much more like it, but one draw back to both the units was that neither had blinds that would darken the rooms w/ SUNRISE @ 6:15 am we did not get the chance to sleep late.. The price for the unit's is high, if service is your thing I would go to one of the casino's for the same price. and you dont have to pay a 100.00 cleaning fee.
