“Overpriced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

If you've been to Friday's in the USA - this is nothing like that! Food is very ordinary for the price you pay. Service is pleasant but slow.

“Will not go again”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

We went there on Sunday and were able to have a table fast, so this was the only good thing about it. We asked for chicken fingers for my kid and seriously these were the worst. They were small 4 pieces and looked more like nuggets than chicken in quality. At the time we asked for two main courses and we had to wait for more than 70 min to get them with no apology and after chasing them. Then when we talked to manager about it, it was more of excuses than really trying to sort out any issue.Again chicken was horrible, items looked like they were thrown in a dish rather than put properly. Seriously this Fridays's is spoiling reputation of any other one.Beware.

“A good option, but not on a fri/sat night”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

Had been here before on a week night and only waited15 minutes for a table and had an amazing meal and good service. This time we went on a Saturday night. We waited an hour for a table (which was fine they told us the wait was 45 mins). dinner was ok after another hour of wating. After our dinner plates was cleared we waiting 50mins for our dessert which never came. It seemed like our waitress had gone home. We asked for the bill and for the desserts to be removed, didnt even get a apology for no dessert. Will not be going back for a while.

“Flathead tails”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

Fish actually stunk, i felt sick. Had to brush my teeth as soon as i got home to get the taste out of my mouth. Tasted like horrible birds eye frozen supermarket fish. I have never had a bad experience here until the new owners have taken over. We called ahead and booked, once we arrived we were asked to wait at the bar for 10min+ given no menu so when we finally got seated had to then look over the menu decide and wait 20min for food to come out. Not impressed as i asked them on the phone how busy they were, if id have known we had to wait over half an hour i would have gone somewhere else. Being hungry and asking if there was delays for this reason (felt like I was going to faint if i didnt eat something) due to being busy and told thy wernt and please come on in blah blah. Service was hopeless. Had to hunt down the lady serving our table then she forgot our order so i had to go track her down again and ask can we please have "">.." Sorry i bring it to you now. Poor quality food and service.
Buy Birds eye fish fingers and you will get the same flavour. & the tartar sauce tasted like masterfoods not something made themselves.
