This bed and breakfast went far beyond my expectations. I booked this last weekend for my parents 40th wedding anniversary along with a riverboat dinner cruise. I wanted to make this special and had some special requests to make this even more special for them when they arrived. Ron the innkeeper was so amazing to work with! I probably called him like 4-5 times to set everything up but he was so friendly and did not mind at all and seemed to really enjoy doing it. He was able to create a custom label from a local vineyard with my parents wedding date and names on it, get delicious local chocolates and beautiful flowers, and put it all together so it was waiting for them when they arrived. My mom took pictures of the flowers, wine, room, etc and it all looked gorgeous. Not to mention that my parents were so surprised by the whole thing and went on and on how they absolutely loved their room and experience. Other than the normal price of the items, Ron did not even charge extra for all of the work and errands involved in putting it together. My parents rave about this place and said that Ron was so friendly towards them. They said that breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful and would go back there again. They stayed in the St. Croix room which is nice because it has a sitting room also. If you want a personalized and attentive experience I would definitely recommend this place! Only one minor thing (and I do mean minor) there is no online website to book it, so you will need to call the inn to make reservations.
