Everything about this experience was simply amazing. Let me start with the ambience. This is a beautifully restored Victorian Mansion built in the 1870's. There are beautiful crystal chandeliers, romantic lighting, many small size dining rooms, which makes it more intimate. There is also wonderful history with this building, which our waitress shared with us. Ask your server about the story of Joseph and Molly. The service was everything you would expect from an expensive restaurant. Impeccable. The food was delicious. We had the corn soup, the fruit and root salad, I had the filet mignon and my husband had the New York strip, asparagus, and finished off with the deconstructed banana pie. Everything was cooked to perfection and the plating was very fancy. The price is not cheap, but I don't mind paying extra for such a wonderful experience. This is a great place for those special occasions, like Birthdays and Anniversaries. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
