Mancini's is the heart and soul of St. Paul dining. It grew up from a small bar and cafe into an institution. A beloved, part of the city scene with its incomparable commitment to the community. honest-to-goodness Italian steak can not be beat, as good or better than its MPLS competitors at about half the rate. There are no airs in St. Paul, and Mancini's represent this cultural value. Yes, the relish tray still lives here, as does their famed garlic toasts. It is filled with important St. Paul artifacts and if you have not dined here, you haven't really experienced the St. Paul the locals know.
