“Needs alittle updating but nice place to stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

I have stayed there four times in one month and will always stay there. It is close to many major places that you need to go. The employees are super nice and will do anything to help you even move you to another room if you aren't happy. The breakfast is alot of food. They know where things are in the area and if not they will look it up for you. Sure they need to update things but as I "speak" they are doing just that. I feel very comfortable there.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for two beds if you need them because when you book on say priceline you only get...

There was no garbage can when we got to our 3rd floor room, right across from the ice machine. Then it was suppose to be a handicapped room with a lower tub or walk in shower. Highest tub I ever saw. Taking a showewr was not an option for us. The shower curtain was ripped in several places and the bedsheets were ripped on at least one bed. The card key did not work properly and after being gone all day for the funeral, it had to be reauthorized since we were gone for more than eight hours. The mattress was pillow soft and very lumpy. The water in the ice bucket was not dumped when the room was "cleaned". The front desk staff persons were not the brightest crayons even in the pack of four they give kids at restaurants. Desk staff knew nothing about any restaurant in the area either. Stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: Never accept 313. 13 is my lucky number, but in this case................................

We travel with three dogs. This property charges a flat rate per stay $15 fee for pets. The employees are all pet lovers, they even suggest walking areas. There is a leash free dog park a couple of miles away.
The room was large, clean, and everything worked! The breakfast was good with a make your own waffles. There is a choice of local newspapers or USAToday at the desk. The only drawback were the room locks were stubborn. You have to have the handle in the correct position to get the card to work and the room cards tend to get de-programmed. A frustration with 3 dogs on leashes.
Employees were great, couldn't find nicer people. Even if you don't have pets, this is an inexpensive property with a great location and staff.

Room Tip: Make sure that you keep your room key separated from your phone or anything else with a charge. The...
