The hotel is older and was fine for a single night's stay. I wouldn't spend an extended period of time here. I was surprised that they had some room doors facing the parking lot. The front desk was helpful.

Older property but still pretty well maintained. Would have gone the 5 stars except they have no elevator to the second floor which for seniors with a week's stay at Mayo was a luggage challenge. Breakfast was super, all the staff very pleasant to deal with. Price point in our limited budget and so will return here next time

Positives:
The room itself was nice. It was well kept up, clean, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and was nice and cool when I arrived.

The young man at the front desk in the morning was incredibly friendly as was the other young man that drove me back to the airport. (I believe their names were Joe and Andy)

The shuttle will drop you off at whatever building you need at Mayo.
The driver was also kind enough to make a note to pick me up at that same building at the end of the day to take me to the airport.

Neutral/Negatives:
It was kind of annoying carrying a suitcase and other belongings up steps to get to my room. I actually never even saw an elevator while I was there which is fine, just not ideal when you have heavy luggage.

There was a dog show going on so the dog in the room next to mine constantly barked all evening until the owner came back to the room.

When I called from the airport for a ride they said they couldn't come for over an hour (hotel is 7 miles from the airport). This made more sense once I arrived at the hotel and realized they only do non-Mayo once an hour, but I wish it would have been listed on their website that way.

A lot of rooms surround pool area (it isn't enclosed) so it can get rather hot and sticky outside your room. The vending machines are also near here so all chocolate is melted in them.

Summary:
It met my needs for the evening. I would stay there again if necessary.

Service very nice. Rooms have microwave and fridge. Would stay again.

Hotel clean and if I needed something they accommodated.
