4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Have stayed here on previous trips. Hotel is still very nice and customer service is very good. Disappointed that hotel owned courtesy shuttle was no longer being used and that the only way Rewards points can be used is through a separate reservation service.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

This was our 2nd annual stay of one week each at this hotel. We had a quiet nice large room, different floor each time, with, again, no complaints. Whenever we ask for anything or any help, we always get it. Yes, it is a older hotel and it does need some updates which they are working on! The breakfast room has more to offer than just a "continental" breakfast, if one knows what a continental breakfast includes. My compliments also to Josh, he did a great job and is very CS oriented. Nice working with Mgr. Adam. Before I left, I read some reviews that shocked me, regarding the cleanliness of the rooms as well as damaged furniture/carpet. My answer to it is, who does the damage to furniture and carpets? The Customer of course, which than expects the Hotel to replace it right away? Duh! For the small price one pays for the hotel stay, you expect them to replace a whole room of carpet or a dresser that has a burned spot? I have recommended this Hotel to all my friends and will continue to do so. I have stayed at much higher priced Hotels which were not any cleaner than this one. It may not be perfect, but it was clean enough to be healthy. I will be back in about 2 month as well as next year. We also appreciate the free parking as well as the free shuttle service to the Clinic and Hospital. We enjoyed having a Restaurant within a few steps outside that served great food! Wake up! As soon as people treat the rooms as well as the Pool area like they want their rooms at home to be treated, you will see better quality in the Hotel as well.

Room Tip: If you like quiet, don't ask for a room by the pool. We like our room to face the back Parking a...
