This trip to Mayos has many unknowns for my adult son and myself including staying at Viola Suites. But that all changed when we pulled in the driveway. We were greeted by Judy the property manager which came in special on a Sunday to make sure everything was set up for our needs and any questions answered.
Immediately she came to our aide by moving some furniture around to accommodate the wheelchair and even removing a door to help. My son needs closed caption on the TV and when Judy found out it was not working she did everything to remedy the situation even calling the owner, Dennis, who in return granted her request - buy a new 42 in flat screen TV with closed caption. They both went that extra mile to make my son and myself comfortable in very trying times.
The apartment is very nice and does have all the little things you don't get when staying at other extended stay places. The country setting is also a plus when dealing with all the stress .
We have only been here 4 days and have 5 more weeks to go but so far we could not ask for any better .
