This hotel is directly across the street from St. Mary's hospital and is perticularly near the admissions entrance. The rooms were clean, quiet and well-maintained. Couldn't really pick a better spot if you are simply staying in Rochester due to treatment at St. Mary's.

Gorgeous hotel. Clean and cozy. The beds are really comfortable. The pool is small, but bigger than the Staybridge's pool. The hotel is really nice and we enjoyed the wireless internet as well as the use of computer and printers in the lobby. The staff was excellent, in particular our housekeeper was so nice. She really went above & beyond because she made up our air mattress bed each night as well. The only downside is that breakfast is not included. They have an awesome continental breakfast buffet that includes made to order omlets and such, but you have to pay $9.

I stayed at the Courtyard By Marriott, while my son was having Open Heart Surgery at St. Marys Hospital.
The Front Desk staff did not make a lasting impression. They were all RUDE, quick to get you out of the way, very short with you.
The trip to St Marys was hard enough on me, I didn't need the Hotel staff to be rude.
NEVER AGAIN will I stay there it was the worst experince I have ever had while I was in Rochester.
