We could see why this place got such a great award. The layout is great - diners are seated one side while the buffet lines have their own, airy space with plenty of room for roaming from aisle to aisle armed with your plate that will rapidly fill with tempting morsels you want to try. There are so many selections, you could not possibly taste each one in one meal. There is even a create your own stir fry (like a mongo grill) and also fresh raw and cooked sushi. The buffet offers all the traditional Asian offerings such as fried rice, sweet and sour, plenty of veggie blends. Then you come across salmon and sole, clams and mussels, tons of shrimp varieties, from on ice to hot and spicy. Soups are plentiful also. Japanese chicken was my favorite - tangy and tender. There are also crab sticks (deep fried) as well as mountains of steamed crab legs. We watched each tray being refilled on cue - no waiting around for a popular dish here, everything is steamy hot and fresh and rapidly replenished even before it is empty. If you even have room for dessert, there is an entire buffet section for that, including scoop your own ice cream (even butter pecan and green tea choices). Your beverage is actually included in the cost - no surprises at the end when you get the bill. Dinner in the week is $11.50, $12.25 on Fri and Sat I believe. Bottom line: there is something here for everyone. Even kid appealing offerings such as nuggets and mac cheese. Check it out but make sure you haven't eaten all day and don't plan on eating the next day!
