“Only Order the Szechuan Dishes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013 via mobile

Eaten here many times and it is a tale of two entirely different types of food. The Szechuan spicy dishes are excellent and authentic. The other Chinese dishes are downright awful. Really quite bad that I can't believe they are from the same chef! Know what to order and you'll have a much better meal.

“Worst restaurant EVER”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013 via mobile

Went to celebrate my big brother's birthday. The staff took their sweet time coming to greet us. We started snacking on fortune cookies from the counter. The waiter had no problem when we asked for no onions, but we couldn't add pea pods. We were told by the waiter very emphatically that we could not have vegetables. He was serious. Hard to believe, but totally true. He shook his head, wrote on his notebook and repeated himself and repeated himself and repeated himself. "No vegetables" if you have a food allergy, avoid this place. Should I say it one more time?

“Horrible customer service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Horrible customer service will never return. The restaurant does not believe in friendliness or catering to the customer. In the past I have been put on hold for over a half an hour trying to order take out. Needless to say I ordered elsewhere.

“The Whole Family Enjoyed It”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

We had dinner here after a football game at a nearby school. We ordered the kung pao beef, orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, and sweet and sour chicken (for two of our kids). In addition, we had the cream cheese wantons and sweet and spicy noodles as appetizers. Everything was delicious, especially the handmade sweet and spicy noodles. They are a great addition to the usual rice side dish. I highly recommend Grand Szechuan for dinner, even if they don't look busy.
