“Smells absolutely amazing!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2013

When we walked into D & V's Bakery, the first thing we couldn't help but notice was the wonderful smell of cinnamon and sugar as we walked in. The smell immediately created a warm and inviting atmosphere, drawing us in closer to inspect the assorted baked goods behind the glass. The young woman working was very friendly, and gave us suggestions as to what to consider purchasing as well as offering us samples. The prices were unbelievably cheap, and the baked goods we bought were fresh and tasty.

If you are craving a sweet fix (especially donuts) this is a great place to stop!

“Best doughnuts around!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2012

I have been going to this bakery every summer for almost 40 years. I don't eat doughnuts any other time of year. When you walk inside and smell the delicious smells, you can't resist. They have all types of doughnuts as well as cookies, bread, and buns. Everything is reasonably priced. Doughnut holes were 12/$1 and so good! Coffee was 60 cents. The apple bread is wonderful. The doughnuts are the best. If you get cookies, make sure they are freshly baked. They have different kinds at different times. There are 10 small tables inside and a few tables on the sidewalk. The place is decorated with a cow theme. You can find local newspapers to read with your coffee, soda, bottled water, milk, or o.j. But don't forget the doughnuts! The old fashioned is my favorite!
