“People seemed unhelpful”

People seemed unhelpful and aloof. Felt unwelcome in the town. Very closed off to visitors. I wouldnt recommend Owatonna as a stop. The downtown is basically closed on weekends and there is nothing else to do really.

“Wealth of Information”

The Owatonna Convention and Visitors Bureau is part of the Chamber of Commerce. They are a wealth of information and can help you line up visits to any site that might interest you in the area. They also provide step on tour guide service to buses that come to visit. A great resource.
