“Best restaurant in the area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Have visited Bacio on several occassions and this past week had dinner there twice. On both visits the service and food was excellent. I definitely recommend the Walleye Milanese. The fish is delicious an served over some mashed potatoes. Delicious and perfectly prepared. To start, the parmesan crusted shrimp is excellent to share and comes in 2 sizes. The Ahi Tuna Crisp are also a great starter if you are looking for something a little lighter and smaller. Wine list is extensive. This is a perfect restaurant to meet for a business dinner.

“Great food, mediocre service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

We have visited Bacio several times both for lunch and dinner, and have been pleased with the quality of the food and its presentation. We decided to celebrate our anniversary there because of our past experiences. This time, the server was almost non-existent, having to ask him twice for each item like bread, condiments and coffee. Each time we asked, he replied "oh yes, it's coming right up!" The bus-person was more amenable. My mother, who was paying for the meal, said "we've had better service at Red Lobster" at a third of the price. As a further irritant, we were seated next to the bar, making it almost impossible to hear each other.

“Nice break from the ordinary fare of the area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

We ate here twice; once for a dinner and once for a happy hour. Both meals were fresh and creative. If you take advantage of the excellent wine list, it will bump up your bill considerably; otherwise the menu options are at a good level price / quality.

“456 Happy Hour”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

As we have only been there for dinner in the past, we had heard good things about their happy hour so thought we would give it a try. We tried the burger, 4 of 5, the pepparoni pizza, 2 of 5, and cosmos 4.5 of 5. The burger had good flavor but the shredded iceberg lettuce could have been left off and the unripened tomato, well, buy better a better quality. The pizza had a wonderful crust but the pepparoni with its grease was overwhelming. Even after sopping up the grease with a dozen+ napkins, it was still greasy. The waitress suggested the pepparoni pizza over the margherita pizza but live and learn. Cosmos, pretty darn good. We would go again but certainly try the other pizza. We have dinner reservations there in 2 weeks but will bypass the happy hour.

“Consistent quality. Excellent variety for lunch or dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012 via mobile

I happened to eat here three times while on a business trip recently, staying at the nearby Sheraton. First for lunch - I had a delicious thin- crust pizza. Not sure how they make it so thin. Then another dinner during which I had fish and finally a team lunch. I like the semi-open kitchen arrangement. Efficient and friendly service. The only negative is the noise level due to the rather large ( and not so intimate) dining area
