“Problem solved by Anita”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW

I made the mistake of not checking my reservation confirmation. I intended to book a room for three nights, but only had confirmation for the first night of a four day conference at which I was speaking. The hotel was overbooked, but Anita was able to work some magic and allow me to stay in my room for the necessary additional nights at the original room rate. The meeting rooms are very nice and food excellent! I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel underwent a $22 million renovation over the last couple of years that is now completely finished. All rooms have been updated. Lobby is very modern. Hallways with new carpet and wall coverings. Room was nice with quality tile in the bathroom, new carpet, modern and tastefully done. Check-in was a breeze. Yes, parking is $18 if you use the ramp connected to the hotel, but this is not uncommon for downtown. We had no complaints whatsoever. Also, the price we paid was a lot less than many neighboring hotels. Love the new Millenium!

Room Tip: All rooms in the hotel have been renovated over the last couple of years.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to get see if we could get a Priceline deal at a nice hotel in dt Mpls. We are so thankful that the Millenium accepted our bid.

Great rooms - great views - great location - Nice amenities - friendly service.

Only issue we had was that there was no parking available in the ramp. We parked across the street at the Hyatt and got a better deal ($17 vs. $18 at Millenium)

Let me start by saying this is a nice hotel, rooms are clean and staff was nice (Jane at the bar is fantastic). Target field is in walking distance and so are many restaurants (though we didn't eat at any). We stayed on the club level. Our room was nice, bed comfortable, shower clean but you could hear everything that was happening outside your room so it made me wonder if they could hear us as well?? In the morning on the club level you are offered a breakfast, it was a joke. Only a little bit of fruit, toast, couple of pastries, and not sure where the juice and drinks were. No one was in there working? We weren't sure what was going on so we left, packed up, and headed out. Don't waste the extra money for the club level. Also you get charged 18.00 for parking in the ramp (not sure what other options there are) but you get a whole 2.00 off the 20.00 that is normally charged if you aren't a guest. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Busy 104,
Please accept my apology regarding your experience in our Millennium Club Lounge. It would be very helpful for me to know the date of stay so that I am able to follow-up with our management team regarding this situation.

I am pleased to hear that you had such a great experience with Jane in North 45. She is truly a delight and consistently offers outstanding guest service.

In regards to the parking, we do not manage the garage portion of the building. The parking is priced very competitively with the area hotels and public parking ramps. We realize that this in an additional expense for our travelers, but in a downtown area, it is an expense that if difficult to avoid.

I would love the opportunity to speak with you directly about your stay. Please call the hotel directly and ask to be connected to my extension. I am confident that we will be able to improve your impression of the hotel!

Regards,
Katie Neufeld

We purchased two nights in this hotel off of hotels.com and got an awesome deal! I was nervous that even though it was a 4 star, it might be a crappy hotel since it was so cheap. I was wrong! They put us on a higher floor with a great view. The room was super clean. The bathroom was modern and clean as well. Pool was fun for the kids.It was a great location and easy to find as well. We walked to all the restaurant too. So convenient. I would for sure stay again!!

Our daughter and fiancé held their wedding reception at the Millennium. Great venue for reception and dance. Super staff, very helpful front desk. Wonderful dinner. Went perfectly. Couldn't have been better!

We stayed here 2 nights the service was ok the property was busy so there was always a line up at the front desk, but when you spoke to someone they were professional and helpful .the room was clean and well kept, the noise was minimal for a weekend. Parking well when you stay downtown you expect to pay, however $10 per day for Wi-Fi is a rip off in today's world!
Check out the neighbourhoods not just the mall, we rented bikes across the street and enjoyed the nearby streets filled wilh great homes and some great restaurants! It is a great location to access all downtown Minni has to offer and reasonably priced
