We stayed for a football game and it was a good experience. The check in was smpoth and the front desk employees were able to help us find great places to eat and drink. The hotel is located about six block from the Nicollet mall and most bars and restaurants. The rooms are updated with flat screen televisions, Keurig type coffee makers, a refrigerator, lots of outlets for your electronics, and nice bedding. You can tell it is an older hotel but they do a nice job of keeping current. There is no breakfast offered but an on sight restaurant available. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it is in an atrium in the middle of the hotel and was being used by many people. Warm cookies and milk are put out every night at ten..nice touch.
