Overall a beautiful property in Minneapolis city center.
The rooms are well appointed as well. The pool & spa is small - good for business travelers - but maybe not great for larger families.
The hotel halls, however, tend to be very loud. Loud metal doors that slam - slam! The halls also echo a lot. I found that you can clearly hear anyone walking down the halls and the doors are just heavy and slam - you can even hear doors in other halls above and below you on different floors. Not too good of sleep the three nights we stayed. Yes - all three nights were very very loud.
The staff was wonderful - Ben and Jesse at the desk were top notch.
Looking at some other reviews... they tend to complain about additional charges. Well, this is a full service hotel in a city center. Parking is not free / valet is not free and dining is higher end. Just be aware of that. If you want free breakfast or free parking - you may want to look in the burbs.
