I made reservation a couple weeks ahead based on the menu on their website. When they gave us the menu nothing was the same. The selections are very limited. I had a hard time choosing because many of the items did not sound good to me. The atmosphere is lovely and the manager was a good host. Our waitress was not great. Her timing was off. She constantly was interuppting the conversation and was to quick trying to remove the plates when people were not completely finished. I had the shrimp appetizer, 2 small shrimp soaked in sauce for $9, I also had squash soup which was not particularly tasty and overly salty. My entree was sirloin with some blueberry barbeque sauce (did not taste any blueberries) it came with fried tofu and spinach. I substituted the tofu for some grated purple potatoes that were not great. For dessert we split 2 chocolate decadence which was a small scoop of ice cream, chocolate mouuse and a piece of rich chocolate, our piece was much smaller then our dinner companions that also ordered it. Of the 4 of us I liked th food the least. My husband had the pork tenderloin and liked it. Our companions had the mahi mahi, but the portion was so small that he was still hungry. His wife had the lamb shanks and she enjoyed them The wines were very good and reasonably priced. I think they are trying so hard to make things unusual that they are forgetting that some people just want normal selections to taste good. For me I probably would not go back there are just so many great places that I would rather go to and spend my money.
