We received a night's stay gift certificate and were very excited to try this hotel. The accommodations were luxurious. Very classic, European, artsy. The gourmet breakfast was nothing short of outstanding. The rainshower showerhead was fantastic. The featherbed made us not want to get up. Once we did, however, we noticed the multiple stains on the sheets and the dream was shattered. Ick. The sheets and pillowcases had old, brown stains. Lots of them. I can't believe the staff didn't notice when preparing the room. The location was perfect. The staff were superb. Hard to walk away without the willies, though, after seeing the bed.

We had a tough time choosing whether to stay in Minneapolis or St. Paul and we're glad we chose Minneapolis. There's lots to do downtown and it's more vibrant that Minneapolis - though they are so close that with a car, it's easy to get between them.

This hotel is quite modern but the beds are soooo comfortable that I'll admit I wanted to stay in bed instead of sight-seeing! Shower was very cool and there is plenty of storage space in the room! Valet parking is expensive but the convenience is worth as downtown parking is tricky.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. An elderly women desk clerk needs some remedial training. Bell staff great. Booked a one bedroom suite and it wasn't. They called it an executive suite. We would return as the location is great for theater and shopping. We were there for a wedding and the venue could not have been better. The catering was very good, flawless

The prime location of the hotel and the size, cleanliness, and layout of the luxury suites is what would bring me back to this venue. The floor to ceiling windows on the street side provided amazing views of the rooftop activity at the clubs across the street.

That being said, it was very noisy until 2pm each evening - but we were out until almost that time each night anyway so didn't mind. Leave the curtains open for the maximum downtown experience at night - the lights, sights, and sounds are energizing!

Rooms along Hennepin Ave or 9th are likely more noisy than rooms inside the courtyard.

The rain shower and large tub was wonderful. Valet parking was easy. Getting around town on the bicycle cabs is way more fun than using car cabs.
