A hotel of human scale with decor, ambience and amenities not found at other Sheraton properties. Guest rooms are handsome and comfortable with especially nice bathrooms. Workspace for the B-traveller is expansive. Dark woods and leather combine for an up-to-date, "clubby" feel that along with a cordial staff is altogether welcoming.
If you like the aroma of a new car, you'll like this Sheraton. It looks new, feels new, smells new! There is an in-door pool, well-equipped fitness center, and for SPG members a Club Lounge. Their on-demand shuttle to downtown Minneapolis and elsewhere within a 5-mile radius is a plus as is access to a City Transit Station just steps away. Park your car overnight, and it will run you a reasonable $9.00/per. Locals tell me the Hotel is convienient to just about anywhere you might want to go.
The restaurant is intimate by most measures which I like. The menu is ample, the food good, and their bartenders pour honest drinks at reasonable prices.
Do not be put off by your approach to the Hotel. Push on, step inside, and share what I and other posters have enjoyed.
